Yes, totally free. You don’t even need a credit card to complete your book project. Additionaly, we will give you free of charge editor’s support too, so it’s perfect for authors.

What advantages do you have?

Our major advantages are: 1) Free of charge publication 2) Worldwide online distribution (amazon.com, etc) 3) Editor’s step by step support 4) Our publication will promote you as an author. 5) 8% royalties.

What type of research is appropriate for Eli?

Eli is an academic publisher. We are interested in academic papers. We publish bachelor’s and master’s theses, doctoral dissertations, professional books, research monographs, lecture notes, textbooks, collection of papers.

Will authors own rights to their work?

Authors retain the rights to their work. The Publisher receives the non-exclusive rights only.

Can I publish my book with a different publishers?

Yes, you may publish with different publishers. It is required to provide references on Eli's book.

Are you providing peer review services?

No, we do not provide peer review services due to cost reduction policy. We can keep our publishing services free of charge for our authors by following this policy. However, we are searching for the works that already have high expertise and quality standards.

Can I use my own cover art?

The Eli accepts authors’; suggestions on cover design. However, final decision will be approved by the publisher after comprehensive analysis and quality of the suggested design.

Are you self-publishing company?

No, we are not. Eli is a publisher with features that bring the advantages of both traditional publishing and self-publishing. As traditional publishing, we don't take money from our authors. On the other hand, Eli is using print on demand technology popular in the self-publishing market. We are a new type of publisher with mission to provide opportunities to all researchers regardless of country of residence, race, ethnicity or gender.

What file formats are acceptable for manuscript review?

We accept pdf, docx, doc, odt, rtf, and other file formats.

What is POD technology(Print-on- Demand)?

Print-on- Demand is a printing technology in which copies are printed as soon as publisher receives the order. This technology works well small quantities digital printing.

Will I make any royalties on my book?

Yes, we provide 8% royalties.

Who sets the market price on book?

The publisher will set the price on your book. Our goal is to find fair price both for the company and the customers.

Will Eli provide ISBN for free?

Yes. We will assign ISBN to every book published with Eli. Of course, we will do it free of charge.

How to submit manuscript?

Go to Submit a manuscript section and download Book Proposal Form. Please fill in all of the required fields. Attach both Book Proposal Form and manuscript and send to this email: Alternatively, you may use our “;Submit a manuscript for review” form.

How long will it take to publish my book?

Once you approve all steps of the project and confirm book formatting, we will check it one more time and send you electronic proof copy. After your confirmation, we will complete the process of publishing your work. The whole process can takes from two to four weeks.
